"Not as soft as I was expecting"
I bought this thinking the merino would feel really soft, but for me it’s a bit scratchier than I’d hoped. It’s not awful or anything, and I’m sure some people might not mind it, but on my skin it just doesn’t feel as comfortable as I expected, especially for the price.

"Still Smells Fine After a Few Hikes"

"I had to wait a couple of days..."
I had to wait a couple of days before I heard back, which was a bit frustrating since I was hoping to get it sorted sooner. Once they did reply, they answered my question and fixed the issue, so the end result was fine. Based on my experience, the service wasn’t bad at all, just felt average because of the delay

"Sizing was way off for me"
I ordered my usual size, but the fit was just... not it. It felt really boxy, and the sleeves were way too long on me! The material seemed decent enough, maybe even nice, but the sizing didn’t work for me at all.

"Works almost suspiciously well in wet weather"
I wore my Minus33 base layer on a rainy hike, it handled sweat way better than I expected. I was under my jacket most of the time and figured I’d end up feeling clammy, but it dried out quick. Almost too quick, like the fabric knows something the rest of us don’t. The fit is a little snug, so heads up there, but overall it’s a really solid layer and I’d definitely use it again.

"Simple style that works"
I like the look of the clothes... they’re not too flashy, just easy to wear day to day. The colors are nice too, which helps. A few pieces feel a little plain on, but overall I think the style is good.

"Really warm, just a little bulky"
I wore it outside and it definitely kept me warm, no complaints there. It is a bit bulky, though — not a dealbreaker, but something I noticed.

"Not as soft as it sounded"
I really wanted to like this shirt, but the wording made it seem like it would be soft and comfortable, and that was misleading. It felt super itchy on my skin almost right away. I tried wearing it for a day, but I kept scratching and finally had to take it off. Definitely not the cozy feel I was expecting.

"Nice wool, but not exactly cheap"
The wool feels good, like you can tell it’s decent quality and not some flimsy stuff. That said, the price is a bit high for what it is, at least to me. Basically, it’s nice, but I did kind of feel it in my wallet.

I figured this might get a little sweaty like these things usually do, but it actually breathes well. It’s comfy to wear and doesn’t feel hot or sticky.

"Didn’t hold up like I hoped"
I was disappointed with the quality. After just two washes, it already had holes in it, which isn’t something I’ve had happen with similar items I own. I expected it to hold up a lot better.

I grabbed this Minus33 wool shirt thinking it’d be one of those solid pieces that lasts a while, but nah, not really. After just a few wears and washes, I started noticing little holes showing up, and I was careful with the wash instructions too.
It’s definitely comfortable, I’ll give it that, but for the price I expected it to hold together way better. Kinda a bummer because what’s the use if it starts falling apart that fast. I wouldn’t buy it again...

"Comfortable-ish, I guess"
It’s comfy enough, but I wouldn’t exactly call it life-changing. Comfort is okay, not terrible, not amazing, just hanging out firmly in the “well, this exists” category.

"Easy exchange, refund took a bit"
I had to do an exchange after realizing the item wasn’t quite what I needed, which happens to me more often than I’d like to admit. The exchange process itself was simple and didn’t give me any trouble. The refund did take a few days to show up, so it felt a little slow, but it all worked out in the end.

"Shipping took forever"
My order ended up taking way longer than I thought it would. The tracking barely changed and it just kind of sat there for days, so I had no clue what was happening. I was going to say it wasn’t a huge deal, but actually it was, because by the time it arrived, I already needed it for my trip. The items might be fine, but the slow shipping made the whole thing frustrating.

"Shopping on the site felt harder than it should’ve"
I tried ordering some wool base layers, and maybe I was just being impatient, but the site felt clunky to use. The filters didn’t really help me narrow things down much, and checkout kept loading slowly, which got frustrating after a while. The products themselves look fine, so maybe it was just a bad day for the site, but the shopping experience wasn’t great for me.
